Product Return Policy

Customer Service Hours: M-F 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST

  • All returns are subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines for RMAs and the manufacturer’s approval of the item(s) that you are requesting to return.
  • Products are eligible for return (subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines for RMAs and the manufacturer’s approval) only for the first 15 days after invoicing.
  • All returns must be authorized by a valid CS Business Systems Return Authorization number.
  • Defective products must be exchanged or repaired under manufacturer warranty Term & Conditions; Contact your Account Manager for any exceptions to this return policy.
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging as sealed by the manufacturer.
  • Products with packaging that has been defaced, abused, or written on are NOT eligible for return.
  • Special order, discontinued, and opened products are NOT eligible for return.
  • Damaged products must not be moved from the point of delivery until the bill of lading has been noted and a carrier claim has been processed. Contact the carrier to initiate a claim before contacting your CS Business Systems Account Manager.
  • Return authorization numbers are valid for 10 days.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annual) will be added to balances over 30 days.
